These Terms govern your use of gta.insider-room.com (the “Site”) and the content GTA INSIDER publishes on social platforms under the Insider Room network. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
GTA INSIDER is an independent, fan-made publication covering Grand Theft Auto news, rumours, leaks, theories and community culture. We publish editorial commentary and short-form video across our own channels.

GTA INSIDER is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or in any way officially connected to Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive, or any of their subsidiaries or affiliates. “Grand Theft Auto”, “GTA” and all related names, marks and imagery are the property of their respective owners.
A large part of what we cover is unconfirmed: rumours, leaks, datamines, community theories and speculation. We label speculation as speculation, but we make no promise that any of it is accurate, complete or current. Nothing on the Site is an official announcement. Do not make purchase decisions based on it.

The original text, editing, layout and video production on the Site and on our channels belong to GTA INSIDER. Third-party material such as game screenshots, trailers, artwork and trademarks remains the property of its respective owners and is used for the purposes of news reporting, criticism and commentary. If you own material used here and want it credited differently or removed, contact us and we will act promptly.
The Site links to third-party services, and we distribute video through platforms including TikTok and YouTube. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party content, availability or practices.
We use official platform APIs solely to publish and schedule our own content to our own accounts, and to read back the performance of our own posts. We do not collect or process personal data belonging to other users of those platforms. See our Privacy Policy for details.
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or uninterrupted availability.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GTA INSIDER and Insider Room will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the Site or its content.
We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Site at any time. We may also update these Terms; the effective date at the top of this page will reflect the latest version, and continued use of the Site after a change means you accept it.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
