GTA INSIDER (“GTA INSIDER”, “we”, “us”) is a fan-made publication covering Grand Theft Auto news, leaks, theories and community content. It operates the website gta.insider-room.com and publishes short-form video to social platforms under the Insider Room network.

This policy explains what information we handle, why, and what your choices are. We keep it deliberately short because we collect very little.

1. Information we collect

• Nothing you type. This website has no accounts, no login, no comment box and no contact form. We do not ask you for a name, an email address, or a payment method.
• Basic technical data. Our hosting and network provider (Cloudflare) automatically processes standard request data such as IP address, browser user agent, referring page and timestamp. This is used for delivering the site, security and abuse prevention, and aggregate traffic counts. We do not use it to build profiles of individual visitors.
• Aggregate audience statistics. Where we publish video (for example TikTok and YouTube), those platforms give us anonymous, aggregated statistics about our own posts, such as view counts, watch time and follower totals. We never receive the identity or contact details of individual viewers from these platforms.

2. Cookies and tracking

This website does not set advertising or analytics cookies and does not use third-party tracking pixels. Cloudflare may set a strictly necessary cookie for security and bot mitigation. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address as part of serving that request.

3. Social platform integrations

Specifically:

• Access is authorised by the account owner through the platform’s own OAuth consent screen. The resulting access tokens are stored on our own server and are used only to publish content and read back the performance of our own posts.
• We do not request, collect, scrape or store personal data belonging to other users of those platforms.
• We do not sell, rent, share or transfer any platform data to third parties, and we do not use it for advertising or profiling.
• Authorisation can be revoked at any time from the platform’s own security settings, which immediately ends our access.

Your use of TikTok and YouTube is governed by those platforms’ own privacy policies, not by this one.

4. How we use information

To operate and secure the website, to understand in aggregate which content resonates, and to publish our own videos to our own accounts. That is the complete list.

5. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share data only with the infrastructure providers required to run the service, acting on our instructions: Cloudflare (hosting, DNS and network security) and the social platforms named above. No data is shared for advertising purposes.

6. Retention

Server and network logs are retained by our providers for a short period under their standard retention settings. Access tokens for our own social accounts are kept only while the integration is active and are deleted when the connection is removed.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights under the GDPR (EU/UK) or the LGPD (Brazil) to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data relating to you, and to object to certain processing. Because this site does not maintain user accounts, in most cases we will simply hold no data about you. If you believe we do, contact us and we will look into it.

8. Children

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them.

9. International transfers

Our providers operate globally, so request data may be processed on servers outside your country, including in the United States and the European Union.

10. Changes

If this policy changes materially, we will update the effective date at the top of this page and post the revised version here.
